HOW WE HANDLE COMPLIANCE

Explore How duelbits Manages Your Legal Standing

From the moment you open an account, several layers of policy govern how your data is stored, how your transactions are logged and how you can request changes.

Data Handling

We collect only the account data necessary for identity verification and transaction processing. No data is sold to third parties. You can request a copy of your stored data at any time through a support ticket.

Cookie Consent

On your first visit, a consent banner lets you choose which cookie categories are active. Strictly necessary cookies run regardless; analytics and marketing cookies require your explicit opt-in before they are set.

Account Security

All account sessions are encrypted via TLS. We enforce two-factor authentication at withdrawal and apply rate-limiting on login attempts to reduce the risk of unauthorised access to your funds or personal data.

Data Retention

Transaction records and account data are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation. After that window closes, personal data is anonymised rather than deleted outright, in line with audit obligations.

Who to Contact

Our Data Protection contact can be reached via email with the subject line 'Data Request'. Formal legal notices must be submitted in writing and should reference your account number for faster processing.

Requesting Changes

To correct, update or erase personal data held against your account, raise a ticket from the account settings panel. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and action eligible requests within 30 calendar days.

Answers to Common Policy Questions

The questions below address what we hear most often about account rights, data access and how our legal terms apply to your situation. If your question is not covered here, a support ticket will get you a written response within seven working days.

Access depends on whether online wagering is permitted under the laws applicable to your state and location in India. We do not determine eligibility on your behalf — that assessment rests with you and your legal context.

We store the data you provided during account creation, your transaction history including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments, device identifiers used during active sessions, and correspondence with our support team.

Raise a support ticket from your account dashboard and label it 'Data Access Request'. Our team will compile your stored data and deliver it to your registered email within 30 calendar days of the confirmed request.

You may request deletion of personal data that is not required for regulatory retention. We will erase or anonymise eligible data within 30 days, subject to our obligations under applicable financial law.

After closure, transaction records are retained for the minimum period required by financial regulation. Once that period lapses, personal identifiers are anonymised. You will receive written confirmation when anonymisation is complete.

Disputes are first handled through our internal support process — raise a ticket with full details and your account reference. If the internal process does not resolve the matter, the terms outline the applicable governing law and jurisdiction.

We may revise our terms when required by regulatory or operational changes. We post a notice on the platform and update the effective date. Continuing to use your account after the update date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms.
